  Purchased washer and dryer last Sunday and the night before delivery (delivery they confirmed this morning) the dryer is no longer in stock???? First and last time you will get my business! To fix it the service center said to call the store. The store told us to call the service center. What is wrong with your inventory system? We purchase an item, committed to a delivery date and time. We held up the end of our bargain...what about you? As soon as you have our money (paid in full) you just don’t care about the service level anymore? Gave you an opportunity to make it right and still waiting for a phone call. I had to call the service center to find out if the washer was still being delivered today. You would think you could at least deliver on one of the two items!
